Aleah Carcano has more than ten years of administrative experience across diverse industries, with a solid foundation in customer service and office management. She has served as a lead customer service rep in property and casualty Insurance, where she applied her leadership abilities and expertise in data management to enhance client interactions and streamline operational processes. Aleah is dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and consistently implements innovative strategies to achieve this goal.


A native Texan, Aleah earned her bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University. Recently, she fulfilled her long-standing dream of relocating to Florida and now resides in the Central Florida area with her husband and three young children. In her free time, Aleah enjoys exploring all that the Sunshine State has to offer, watching football, savoring barbecue, and spending quality time with her family.
