Cheri Paugh
Scheduling Coordinator
Cheri brings over a decade of customer service experience to our company, with a strong background in both management and administrative support. She previously managed a women's fitness facility where she was responsible for scheduling, community outreach, and operations. She also served as a customer service representative in a call center environment, where she received an award for “Raising the Bar of Excellence" for her commitment to consistently delivering outstanding service.
Cheri holds an associate's degree from State College of Florida, where she graduated on the dean's list with a 3.8 GPA. During her academic journey, she was inducted into Sigma Kappa Delta, which is the National English Honor Society for Two-Year Colleges.
Passionate about serving her community, Cheri is known for her professionalism, strong communication skills, and compassionate approach to helping others. She prides herself on being organized, trustworthy, and dependable.
Outside of work, Cheri enjoys kayaking in Florida's natural springs, visiting nature preserves, and attending monster truck shows with her children and grandchildren.
