Juan Martinez is a licensed insurance professional and Federal Retirement Consultant dedicated to helping federal employees gain a clear understanding of their retirement benefits and make informed decisions about their financial future. His path to Federal Retirement Experts was built on service including eight years in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, followed by 27 years in Physical Therapy, and that same client-first mindset carries into every retirement conversation today. Juan is passionate about simplifying the complexities of FERS, TSP, Social Security, and federal benefits so clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

Known for his approachable personality and commitment to exceptional service, Juan understands that every federal employee's retirement journey is unique. He listens carefully, answers questions thoroughly, and builds personalized guidance around each client's individual goals and career path, always putting their interests first.

A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Juan calls San Antonio home, where he's built his practice around two communities close to his heart: local educators, who he helps make sense of their TRS benefits and retirement options, and the federal workforce around Joint Base San Antonio, who he guides through the often-complicated FERS retirement system. Faith and family are at the center of everything he does, and when he's not working, you'll usually find him fishing, biking, or out enjoying the outdoors.
